This incident happened at an apartment construction site on Katella Avenue, west of State College Boulevard and the Stadium Lofts Development in Southern California. The victim was working on a different crew than the operator of the forklift and while the victim was taking care of the debris, the debris from the forklift tipped forward and crashed onto him.
