MAN KILLED IN ROLLOVER ACCIDENT WITH FEDEX TRUCK. ESTATE WILL SUE FOR WRONGFUL DEATH.

A man died last year when a Federal Express truck rolled over on him. The man was preparing to cross the street on an adult tricycle when a crash between the FedEx truck and Jeep Cherokee at the intersection caused the truck to roll over. The victim died at the scene. His estate, headed by a sibling, will be suing FedEx for wrongful death. Been injured in a rollover accident in California? Call 1-800-ALAWPRO now for your free consultation.

Last October, the victim, a 58 year old-man, was waiting to cross the street on his cycle in Ithaca, NY. The suit will allege that the Fed Ex truck ran a stop sign heading south, which resulted in its collision with a Jeep going east. The collision resulted in the truck’s rollover which then killed the man on the street. A traffic case regarding the vehicular accident is currently ongoing. The estate plans to file the wrongful death suit against Fed Ex in the coming weeks, and, pending the results of the traffic suit, may include the Jeep driver as well. The driver of the truck was suspended immediately following the fatal accident, but now continues to work in the same capacity at Federal Express.
