PEDESTRIANS HIT AND KILLED BY DRIVER FLEEING POLICE AT HOLLYWOOD BLVD. IN LOS ANGELES

Two pedestrians who were crossing on Hollywood Blvd. were struck by a car that was fleeing from the police on Sunday night. Both pedestrians were declared dead at the scene from their injuries. The driver fleeing from the police hit the pedestrians at about 8:45 PM in the 6400 block of Hollywood Boulevard, near Wilcox Avenue. An eyewitness said that the car was weaving in and out of traffic and that the pedestrians didn’t have time to dodge the car. The car hit the pedestrians, one woman and one man. The woman’s torso and legs were run over by the fleeing car, while the man was lying on the street getting hit by other cars.
