MOTORCYCLE ACCIDENT IN LOS ANGELES; DRIVER KILLED AFTER HITTING BIG RIG

A motorcyclist was killed after colliding with a big rig on a freeway connector, and authorities closed down the connector between two freeways due to this accident. Motorcycles are very dangerous to drive because they provide little protection against accidents. Especially in Los Angeles where the freeways are congested with traffic, accidents are bound to happen. If you or a loved one has been injured in a motorcycle accident, please call us now at Greenberg & Rudman LLP at 1-800-ALAWPRO (1-800-252-9776) to get a free consultation with our experienced attorneys.

The accident occurred around 5 PM at the connector between the westbound 60 freeway and the southbound 710 freeway. Several reports suggested that the big rig cut off the motorcyclist and that the motorcyclist could not stop in time and crashed into it. This accident may have occurred due to several reasons. One reason could be that the driver of the big rig did not see the motorcycle because motorcycles are very compact. Another reason could be that the motorcyclist was traveling at an unsafe speed.
