The accident was reported around 6:18 PM and was six miles east of the interstate 5. Authorities are assuming that at least 46 passengers were in the bus. 37 of these passengers were transported to nearby hospitals. Even though the bus had a “Greyhound” mark, Greyhound officials said that the bus was no longer operating under the company and had been sold off more than two years ago. Also, the registration of the bus was invalid.
