ORANGE COUNTY CAR ACCIDENTS INJURE AND KILL CHILDREN. CALL PERSONAL INJURY LAWYERS.
Car accidents happen in Southern California, and when children are victims of injury or death, the crashes seem even worse. As passengers in vehicles, pedestrians or bicycle riders, kids are at risk on Orange County roads. In addition to fatalities, injuries such as burns, broken bones and spinal cord injuries can have debilitating effects on adults and children alike. Though a lawyer cannot repair your child’s injuries or undo a deadly accident, an attorney can help parents learn about their rights and understand who is at fault. Please call 1-800-ALAWPRO to speak to an Orange County accident lawyer at no cost.
Two OC crashes involving children happened during Memorial Day weekend: one in Lake Forest that killed a girl, and another in Santa Ana that left a boy in critical condition. The Lake Forest victim was a 9-year old passenger in her aunt’s SUV. Apparently the Chevy Tahoe was clipped by a BMW during a lane change, which sent the SUV spinning into a light pole. The girl was thrown from the vehicle into the light pole, killing her instantly. The Santa Ana crash happened in the early evening when the boy was struck by a minivan. The 8-year-old was playing with friends in his neighborhood when he walked onto the street and the van hit him. He is hospitalized in critical condition.
